There’s just something in the air these days…Brides and babies seem to abound everywhere you look. And Adriana Lima is the next in line to tie the knot.

The Brazilian beauty celebrated her birthday last night with a very special surprise- NBA star Marko Jaric hooked her up with an engagement ring and proposal. And she said “YES!”

Publicist James Weir told press, "He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn't be more in love." Hmmm, professional sports players and models… is there a trend here?

According to Jaric, Adriana had what it took to get him to drop his walls and fall in love. "I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint. Now, it's a little different situation." They’ve been together for nine months.
