Last night she was hamming it up at the New Yorkers for Children Fall Gala, but this morning Blake Lively was back to business.

The “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” hottie was spotted on her way to the “Gossip Girl” set, on location in Midtown Manhattan, along with a few burly bodyguards.

Of course, Miss Lively brought along her playful pet pooch, and she smiled for the paparazzi, looking hot in a black top/black skirt/black stockings combo teamed with a pair of black leather boots.

Once she reached the Palace Hotel set, Blake quickly changed into a black cleavage-baring gown and put on her best smile to film a few scenes.
