Ready to get out of the big city, Carrie Underwood was spotted leaving her NYC hotel on Saturday morning after performing for the Fashion Rocks and Stand Up To Cancer events.

As she stepped out of the hotel exit, the "American Idol" winner looked casual cute, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with comfy pants and slippers while carrying a skull print travel bag.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Underwood was one of many stars in the Big Apple for Friday night's Fashion Rocks evening.

The concert is a tribute fashion and music, with Underwood being joined by stars including Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake.

A star-studded affair to say the least, the two-hour show is all set to air on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
