The Fall harvest time is upon us and celebrities are getting into the spirit of the season. And yesterday Heidi Klum treated her three kids to an afternoon of fun.

The “Project Runway” babe was spotted taking her kids Leni Briatore, Henry Samuel, and Johan Samuel to the Mr. Bones pumpkin patch in Hollywood, California, with the help of her nannies.

Klum even enjoyed a few rides with her little ones, who were excited about the ponies and pumpkins as they ran around laughing and smiling.

Afterwards, Heidi and Co. headed over to their local CVS Pharmacy to pick up a few items before returning home for the day.
