If you were ever wondering what Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain would look like as a 24-year-old woman - look no further than Meghan McCain, who was spotted hanging out with Heidi Montag: Heidi Montag yesterday (July 15).

The “Hills” hottie and her new could-be First Daughter gal pal grabbed some lunch together at the trendy Santa Monica, California restaurant the Ivy and looked to be having a grand time.

Miss Montag looked pristine in a white halter-style dress with white heels, while Meghan rocked a black top with jeans and a pair of platform heels.

Earlier this year, Heidi told press, “I’m voting for John McCain. I’m a Republican and McCain has a lot of experience.” Returning the favor, McCain has said that he never misses an episode of The Hills.
