Following a weekend trip to South Beach in support of presidential candidate Barack Obama, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner packed their bags and headed back to their Los Angeles home.

The pregnant "Alias" actress and her "Good Will Hunting" hubby were spotted arriving at LAX Airport early Sunday (August 3), dressed casually and eagerly prying through a wall of paparazzi as they rushed back home to see their little girl, Violet.

As for their appearance at the Saturday night Barack fundraiser held at the nightspot SET, an insider tells People magazine: "Jennifer Garner gave the first speech supporting Obama, and she was very witty, clever and funny. She was followed by her husband Ben, then Matt Damon. The men gave serious political speeches on how the country needs change."

"They were all in great moods and very friendly to everyone," another source, who coughed up $5,000 to mingle with the stars, adds.
