Her new country album “Do You Know” hits stores next Tuesday, September 9th, and Jessica Simpson could be on the verge of a massive career comeback.

The “Come On Over” hottie was spotted living it up at Eva Longoria’s Beso Restaurant last night (September 2) along with her hairdresser BFF Ken Paves in Hollywood, California.

And Miss Simpson looked casual-yet-sexy in a short-sleeved black blouse teamed with a pair of jeans and an oversized brown leather handbag as she smiled for the paparazzi.

Jess recently told press that while her singing career will be her main focus for the time being, she eventually would like to re-open the door to do some more acting.

“Hopefully there’s more acting to come. I’m not closing that chapter of my life by any means. But I am all about the music right now…When it comes to acting, it’s gotta feel right for me at this point in my life. It’s gotta just be a really incredible director and production with an awesome studio and great cast…But for me right now it’s just Jessica Simpson is music.”
