Sure, she’s no stranger to bad reviews and negative performance press, but that’s not stopping Jessica Simpson from having a go at the world of country music.

And over the weekend, the “Come On Over” songstress was in Nashville, Tennessee for a well-received performance at country music Mecca the Grand Ole Opry.

Sporting a sexy black cleavage-baring dress and matching high heels, Simpson took the stage, joined by two backup singers and a seven-piece band, to give it her all. And as a pleasant surprise, the crowd was super supportive.

And with her new album “Do You Know” hitting stores tomorrow, Jess is doing everything she can to make sure that this time it’s a big seller.
