Taking full advantage of the beautiful Santa Monica, California weather yesterday, Kate Bosworth was spotted out and about with her boyfriend James Russeau.

The “Blue Crush” cutie was looking a bit thin, sporting a backless/sleeveless black dress and a pair of celebrity sunglasses as she meandered around town.

More than likely, Kate will be heading over to LAX International Airport today to catch a flight to New York City for her gig with the “Stand Up To Cancer” campaign.

According to press, Miss Bosworth has volunteered to answer phones and take pledges during the massive celebrity-laden benefit to take place in the Big Apple tomorrow (Friday, September 5th.)
