And yesterday, the Tour de France stud accompanied his beautiful gal to the UCLA Medical Center to visit her “Fool’s Gold” costar Matthew McConaughey , Camila Alves, and their new baby Levi Alves McConaughey.

From there, the biker and the blonde headed over to the nearby Santa Monica Airport to travel in the lap of luxury aboard a private jet. Their destination - Lake Tahoe.

Following their short flight, Kate and Lance relaxed a bit before changing clothes and heading out to one of the area’s most popular gourmet restaurants Nepheles.
