Working hard to keep her fine figure, Katharine McPhee was spotted out at the gym in West Hollywood for a workout on Thursday (October 30).

Wearing all-white gym duds, the American Idol singing sensation finished up only to head outside for a quick game of hide and seek with funny man Orlando Jones, who was also out hitting the weights.

Meanwhile, McPhee recently spoke with FOX Pop Tarts about her upcoming plans, saying, "I’m working on a record right now, it is probably not going to come out until next spring or summer we’re not really putting a date on it but I’m busy doing that."

But when it comes to performing, Katharine still deals with stage fright, revealing, "I think I still get terrible stage fright, no I don’t think — I know. But I just try to breathe and I try to remember why I’m singing and not who I’m singing for."
