As they draw closer to their one-year anniversary (December 23), Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley still look like a couple of love-struck newlyweds.

And yesterday the “Grey’s Anatomy” babe and her “Hey Katie” rocker hubby were spotted spending some quality time walking around Los Angeles.

Heigl kept things casual in a grey and white striped scoopneck top with light-wash jeans and silver flats, while Kelley looked beach-ready in his half-unbuttoned western-style shirt, khaki cargo shorts, and flip flops.

When it comes to staying fit for the cameras, Katherine reportedly relies on personal trainer Missy Beaver and a regimen of Kettleball exercises. Beaver told press, "I change the moves every time we train. It keeps her muscles challenged so she'll continue to see results."
