Between promoting her upcoming film “Disaster Movie” and cutting her foot open in her hotel room, it has been a busy and eventful week for Kim Kardashian. And now she’s back safe and sound in Los Angeles.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” hottie was spotted along with her mom Kris Jenner, and sisters Kourtney and Khloe as they arrived at LAX International Airport last night (August 26) to find a bevy of fans and paparazzi waiting for them.

Earlier in the day, the whole crew was back in New York City paying a visit to MTV’s Time Square studios for Kim’s appearance on Total Request Live, along with “Disaster Movie” co-stars Carmen Electra and Vanessa Minnillo.

And through it all, Kim handled everything like a seasoned pro, something made all the more impressive by the fact that she was nursing a badly cut toe.
