Enjoying a laid back Labor Day weekend, Lauren Conrad was spotted enjoying a late dinner in Los Angeles on Sunday (August 31).

Spotted exiting Katsuya following her meal, "The Hills" hottie was wearing a short-sleeved scoopneck blouse with a pair of blue high-waisted shorts showing off her tanned legs.

Meanwhile, as previously reported by Gossip Girls, Conrad has been busy creating a "couture red carpet gown" to be worn by the "trophy girls" for the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards, which air on September 21st.

"I will be doing a red carpet look that still reflects the simple classic design of the Lauren Conrad Collection but with a black tie twist," LC told of her design plans.
