Shutter

For all you Dawson’s Creek fans out there, there’s a new movie out this Friday from one of the show’s alum, Joshua Jackson. It’s called “Shutter” and according to the “Skulls” stud, it’s a sure fire horror flick/thriller.
According to a press release, “Shutter” will keep you on the edge of your seat. “A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved.”
Recently, Jackson revealed a bit of insight on the flick. “The film is a remake of a Thai horror film that starts out as a psychological thriller and is the story of two Americans who have to go to Tokyo. Right at the top she starts having what seem to be sort of psychological breaks - she starts feeling like she’s being watched.”
In real life, though, Joshua isn’t a big believer in ghosts. He confessed, “It’s tough for me to believe in that. It is not at all hard for me to believe that there are things beyond my perception and understanding happening around me all the time, so while personally I’m skeptical of it, I don’t rule out the possibility of it. I’m not nearly smart enough to say yes or no.”
Be sure to check out “Shutter” when it opens in theaters Nationwide this Friday, March 21st.
