Given the fact that both of her parents are uber-popular celebrities, it’s no wonder little Harlow Winter Kate Madden is already getting used to the fast-paced way of life.

And earlier today (September 8), Nicole Richie was spotted toting her little girl around New York City, stopping into Starbucks to grab an icy cool beverage.

The “Simple Life” starlet looked hippie-chic, sporting a black and pink tie dyed tank top along with a pair of belted denim cutoffs and a pair of black flip flops while Harlow rocked a purple floral printed outfit.

Yesterday, Nicole was all about fashion, checking out the activities and goings on over at Bryant Park as part of New York Fashion Week. She seemed especially interested in the DKNY Celebrates 20 Years show, sporting a blue-and-black striped cleavage-baring dress and a bunned-up hairdo.
