Stepping out on what was a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, Rachel Bilson kept her doggy Thurmen Murmen closeby as she ran errands in North Hollywood.

Dressed casually in a pair of rolled-up baggy jeans, a white t-shirt and a pair of hip green sunglasses, the former OC actress left her mother's house with her pup in-arms to do some shopping at the local Home Depot.

Meanwhile, Miss Bilson’s new collaboration with DKNY jeans (named Edie Rose, after her grandmother) is all set to launch next month. And she couldn’t be more excited.

Rachel told press, “This line is my main focus right now. I can’t draw at all, so I won’t be doing any sketches, but I am learning to sew. I think it’s important to know more about the whole process of making clothes.”
