While most of the time we see our favorite celebrities at high-profile premieres, award shows, and parties, there’s also the business side to things. And Rachel Bilson was tending to her affairs yesterday.

With the help of her mother (a sex therapist) and Thurman Murmen (her dog), the O.C. babe headed over to an office building on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.

Though she wasn’t heading out to a big Tinseltown gig, the “Last Kiss” hottie still looked runway-ready, sporting a black and white flowy top and a pair of vintage jeans along with some black leather boots.

And speaking of clothing, it seems Rachel will be joining the ranks of celebrities with their own clothing lines, announcing that she’ll be designing a junior sportswear line called Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans. Snazzy!
