She made the mistake of going for a spin while under the influence of alcohol on Friday night. And now, Lucille Gatchell is on her way to facing the consequences.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the 64-year-old alleged drunk driver from Gloucester, Massachusetts rammed into actress Sandra Bullock and Jesse James to kick off the weekend.

Showing up in court earlier today (April 22), Getchall was "charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation."

After entering a standard plea of not guilty, Gatchell's lawyer thanked Bullock and James after the hearing, according to Boston Herald reports.

"Miss Gatchell is very relieved that no one was injured," defense attorney Benjamin Richard told reporters. "She also wants to express her gratitude to Ms. Bullock and Mr. James for what she understands was their concern for her well being after the accident."

Next up for Gatchell is an appearance for a a pre-trial hearing at the courthouse on June 6th.
