They’re the up-and-coming stars of Hollywood that everyone is talking about, and last night Selena Gomez, Rumer Willis, Bar Refaeli, and Aly and AJ Michalka were all chilling at the 6th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party.

Riding high on the success of her “Wizards of Waverly Place” gig, Selena Gomez showed up on the red carpet looking fabulous in a black dress with polka dotted sleeves and neckline.

Rumer Willis was also looking hot as she arrived outside the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, sporting a sexy black halter-style dress with black high heeled ankle boots.

On the modeling end, Bar Refaeli represented her industry well, turning heads in a beige minidress with multiple bangle bracelets and brown leather knee-high boots.

And of course, Aly and AJ were having fun hamming it up on the red carpet together in their contrasting black and white dresses.
