Needing to get away from the constant hounding as a result of her relationship with oil heir Balthazar Getty, Sienna Miller was spotted de-stressing at sea over the weekend.

Joining a few friends, Sienna sipped on a glass of wine and smoked cigarettes as she chatted/soaked up the rays aboard a boat making its way around Spain's Illes Pitiüses group.

The holiday comes after the "Factory Girl" actress arrived at her London home earlier this week after living in Los Angeles with Balthazar as of late. When she got home, Sienna found that vandals had defaced her home - spraypainting vulgarities on the outside wall.

With the uproar over her budding romance with the married mogul, Sienna's mother Jo has come to her daughter's defense, saying: "You can't understand how a woman seeing a man who has been separated from his wife for months can cause such a scandal. It's awful, I can't tell you. You wonder when it's all going to stop."
