Sophie Monk: Exercise-obsessed?

It’s a well-known fact that after a breakup, the best remedy for a broken heart is keeping yourself busy. To that end, Sophie Monk has been exercising like crazy.
The Aussie beauty was spotted once again making a stop at the Equinox Gym in Hollywood, California. She chatted away on her mobile phone, wearing a black sports bra, pink tank top and grey yoga pants.
Given the fact that she’s so rigorously exercising, it stands to reason that Miss Monk may not be coping with her breakup with Benji Madden as well as she had publicly claimed. Perhaps there’s a lingering denial of inner turmoil.
Nevertheless, if she’s still reeling from the dissolution of her engagement, at least she’s turning to exercise rather than sleeping around or doing drugs.
