Now that she's back on the singles list, Sophie Monk is doing her best to keep a fine figure as her quest for a new man continues on.

The Australian beauty was spotted out on Sunday heading to Yoga Works in Hollywood, also making her way to the gym on Friday wearing a skimpy white tanktop with the letters "FU" on it.

Speaking about her current relationship situation, a source revealed: “She moved right on from Benji months ago and is so over that now."

And of a recent night out with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, the insider tells: “(Seacrest and Monk) have mutual friends who thought they’d get on together and they did. There are plans for a second date, it’s just a matter of when.”
