What Happens in Vegas

What happens when you get two actors who are hilarious, good-looking, and fun to watch on the silver screen? America found out last night as “What Happens in Vegas” opened in theatres Nationwide.

In some ways the film is a no-brainer… put Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz together in a forced-marriage situation and the classic men vs. women clichés sort of write the script themselves. Here’s the rundown:

With the war in Iraq getting such massive press coverage throughout the past seven years, it’s only natural that Hollywood has fallen into its natural role of art imitating life. And with Stop-Loss, Paramount Pictures has created an opus worthy of audiences’ attention.

Shutter

For all you Dawson’s Creek fans out there, there’s a new movie out this Friday from one of the show’s alum, Joshua Jackson. It’s called “Shutter” and according to the “Skulls” stud, it’s a sure fire horror flick/thriller.

According to a press release, “Shutter” will keep you on the edge of your seat. “A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved.”

The Other Boleyn Girl

Adapted from the best selling novel by Philippa Gregory, The Other Boleyn Girl tells a sensual story of intrigue, romance, revenge and betrayal set during the turbulent times of King Henry's rule in England. The stars of the movie are two sisters, Anne (Natalie Portman) and Mary (Scarlett Johansson) Boleyn, who arrive at the English court with the goal of seducing King Henry to gain status.
