Dressed casually in a "New York Love" t-shirt, jeans and a beanie cap, Zac Efron was spotted checking out a little real estate on Monday afternoon (August 18).

Making his way to Hollywood Hills, the Disney hunk looked at a new house in the area - as he's said to be considering making a move out of his current apartment into something a little more spacious.

As reported by Gossip Girls, Efron spent the previous evening as a presenter at the 2008 ALMA Awards in Pasadena.

Zac joined up with his "High School Musical" co-star Ashley Tisdale onstage, with the two enjoying a dinner outing at Bob's Big Boy to wind down from their red carpet evening.
